Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Wellbeing Service

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Wellbeing Service (IAPT) is an improving access to psychological therapies service that delivers a range of evidence-based psychological therapies for people aged over 16 with common problems such as anxiety disorders and depression. Getting help for your problems is easy. You don’t have to be referred by a doctor – you can refer yourself by simply phoning to make an appointment, or by completing a self-referral form at www.staffsandstokewellbeing.nhs.uk.

This service is free for all NHS patients registered with this Surgery.
